What's your turnaround time?

We aim to have your orders made in 1 week ready for dispatch, This does not include shipping times.

What shipping carrier do you use?

For standard UK orders we use Royal Mail 2nd Class. For International orders we use Royal Mail international standard.

-United Kingdom: 1 - 10 business days
-Australia and New Zealand: 2 - 6 weeks
-Europe: 1 - 6 weeks

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your item please return within 21 days to receive a full refund. This does not apply to any custom or personalised orders. However if you are unhappy with your order please do get in touch and I will do my upmost to help with the matter.
